The hotel was a great value; modern; centrally located; helpful and courteous staff; premises clean and in excellent condition; fabulous breakfast; two blocks from a large mercado; and a superb and friendly little restaurant, Voragine, across the street. Plus, well thought out to save electricity and not needlessly overheat water. I didn't need a historic building or a swimming pool. I needed an insulated building with good air conditioning for Oaxaca's hottest month of the year. Mission accomplished!

The place has a good location. I repeat, good; not great. It is about 2km/1.25mi away from city center and it's most famous shopping markets. You might find its location fantastic if you are going to visit Jalatlaco (a very nice Colonial neighborhood outside the city center). Staff is very helpful. Hotel Manager is almost always on duty and is fantastic at her job. Totally committed to leading her team. Breakfast is included and is good (good, not great). If you stay here and eat the included breakfast, you will save some money.

The room was clean. The breakfast was good, big portions, some variety. They also provide yogurt and fruit. There was no noise from the street and the room had a black out blind, which we found useful. There's a water bottle filling station at the reception. The check in and check out process was seamless.

Excellent location, at a walking distance from the.city"s major historical sites. The parking place is very convenient. The breakfast starts to be served early at 6 am, which is an advantage if you want to start your day early.. Excellent value for the price. The hotel is very well managed..

around the clock access to hot/cold water and coffee. Location was good for us. Hotel was euro clean! Nice long work area in the room, and good work places in the lobby.

The staff in the hotel is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is nice, and different everyday. Hotel provide free coffee and water at the lobby

Staff was very friendly, both at the reception and the cleaning staff. We really liked the garage, the possibility to wash and dry our clothes for free (very clean washing machine, just bring the washing powder), the work environment in the lobby and the free water / coffee / tea there!

We liked everything about this hotel, it was very clean, the staff was very kind, breakfast was good and it was just a few blocks away from zocalo, jalatlaco and other touristic points. The area is nice and quiet. I will recommend it without hesitation.

The staff have been very helpful from the beginning to the end. The room was clean. They give towels and you can find soap in the shower and near the sink. You have hot/cold water always available in the lobby

Really good value for money. It's a limited frills hotel, but the quality is good and the facilities that were on offer were good. Was great to have complimentary drinks and breakfast, and also handy to have laundry on site. Good, convenient location to centro and to ADO bus station. My family (myself and my 2 children aged 12 and 15) were really comfortable here.
